Last Friday, some budding bakers were busy at work in the kitchen here in Scoil Mhuire. With Mrs. O’Malley’s help they baked a delicious apple and cinnamon cake. They couldn’t wait for it to come out of the oven! It was absolutely delicious. Here they are enjoying the fruits of their labour:
