In Scoil Mhuire, we celebrate Attendance Heros who make it their job to be at school every day and in time! Their names are displayed on the board outside 5th/6th class. At assembly, once a month, we celebrate the classroom with the best percentage of attendance, then we will do it again and declare the “winner” for the full term and so on. That list is also displayed on the ATTENDANCE board.
If your child is sick, keep him/her at home and only send him/her back when ready. Then you must send an Absence Note to the school via Aladdin Connect or on a note at the back of the homework journal. Either or! No need to do both!
